Some customers who receive an 8x8 survey link may experience issues with opening the survey, due to platform issues with the provider Qualtrics. Qualtrics is actively investigating this issue. If needed, you can review the issue status, [here](https://status.qualtrics.com/incidents/w5m494srzy9q).
