# 8x8 Contact Center Custom Integration Shows Missing or Blank Boxes

## Symptom

When using your custom 8x8 Contact Center integration, it's showing missing or blank boxes.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Contact Center Integrations

## Resolution

Check your browser security settings to ensure the following sites are allowed:

- https://cloud8.8x8.com
- https://vcc-naXX.8x8.com (XX = your tenant location)

## Cause

The necessary sites are blocked by browser permissions.
