# 8x8 Express: Creating or Changing Voicemail Access PIN in 8x8 Work for Desktop

## Objective

Creating or updating your voicemail access PIN in 8x8 Work for Desktop for 8x8 Express.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Work for Desktop
- 8x8 Express
- Voicemail Access PIN

## Procedure

1. Log in to 8x8 Work for Desktop.
2. Click **Settings**.
3. Click **Voicemail**.
4. Under Voicemail Settings, scroll to *Voicemail Access PIN*.
5. Click **Reset Access PIN**.
6. Enter the new voicemail access PIN.
7. Confirm the new PIN.
8. Click **Save**.
