# 8x8 Support knowledge base and Docs site have moved

We launched a new, unified support experience. Our Support Knowledge Base and Product Documentation site have moved to new URLs. If you have bookmarks or saved links to articles from either site, those links may need to be updated.

## Why are my bookmarked links not working?

As part of this migration, article URLs have been updated with new, SEO-optimized paths. This means direct links or bookmarks saved to individual articles from the old sites may no longer redirect automatically.

> **Note**: The articles themselves have not changed, only the addresses.

## How to find your articles on this new site

1. Visit [https://help.8x8.com](https://help.8x8.com) or [help.8x8.com/documentation](http://help.8x8.com/documentation).
2. Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for the article by title or topic.
3. Once you find the article, save the new URL to update your bookmark.
