# 8x8 Tenfold Integration for Bullhorn and Microsoft Dynamics Retirement FAQ

## What is happening?

8x8 will be retiring the 8x8 Tenfold Integration for Bullhorn and Microsoft Dynamics as of August 31st, 2026

## What do I need to do?

If you wish to continue using an Integration with Bullhorn or Microsoft Dynamics, you will need to transition to the 8x8 standard Integration.

You can install and test these before August 31st, 2026.

To install the 8x8 Work for Bullhorn integration, follow the steps [here](https://docs.8x8.com/8x8WebHelp/virtual-office-for-bullhorn/Content/VOBullhorn/overview.htm).

To install the 8x8 Work for Microsoft Dynamics, follow the steps [here](https://docs.8x8.com/8x8WebHelp/virtual-office-virtual-contact-center-for-microsoft-dynamics-admin/Default.htm).

The 8x8 for Bullhorn and Microsoft Dynamics Integration is free.
