Uninstall and Reinstall 8x8 Work for Desktop

1. In Finder, navigate to Applications.

2. Click Utilities.

3. Find and run Adobe AIR Uninstaller.

4. Uninstall 8x8 Work for Desktop.

5. Download the latest version of 8x8 Work for Desktop

6. Re-install 8x8 Work for Desktop.

Cause

This crash may be caused by a separate installation of Adobe AIR being present on the machine, which conflicts with the Adobe AIR baked into the 8x8 Work for Desktop installation file.
