# Access 8x8 Contact Center Direct Agent Voicemails

## Question

Where can I access direct agent voicemails in 8x8 Contact Center?

## Answer

When someone leaves a voicemail directly on an agent's extension in 8x8 Contact Center, this will be presented to the agent via email only. The email will have the recording of the voicemail on it. Only queued voicemails (not agent direct) will go to the Agents Workspace.
