Access the Corporate Directory on Poly Phones

Objective

 Access the Corporate LDAP Directory on Poly model phones.

Procedure

Note:

Corporate Directory is not supported on the Poly Rove 30/40.  To dial a contact from your Corporate Directory on your Poly desk phone navigate to:  

1. Menu > Directories > Corporate Directory.

2. Type in the name or extsion number of the contact you are trying to reach and press the 'Submit' softkey.

3. Press the 'Dial' softkey to call the contact.

 For more narrowed search results you can use the 'AdvFind' softkey in the Corporate Directory Menu.
