# Accessing the Corporate Directory on Legacy Poly Devices

## Overview

In order to mitigate security risks, 8x8 is disabling legacy TLS versions (v1.0 & v1.1) on the 8x8 LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) server.

This means that phones with outdated firmware will not be able to connect with the server when attempting to access the corporate directory on your legacy device.

- Legacy Poly SoundPoint Phones
- Legacy Poly SoundStation Phones
- Corporate Directory

## Firmware Update

If you experience connectivity issues when attempting to access your 8x8 corporate directory on the following phone models, [Contact 8x8 Technical Support](/support/docs/contact-8x8-technical-support) to request assistance with upgrading your device(s) to the latest certified firmware version: **4.0.15.1047**.

  - IP 450
  - IP 550
  - IP 560

- **Poly SoundStation**
  - IP 5000
  - IP 6000
