Add or Remove Avatar Pictures on a User's Extension in 8x8 Work

Objective

Add or remove an avatar picture on a user's extension in 8x8 Work.

• Admin Console

• 8x8 Work for Desktop

• User Profile Avatar

Procedure

1. Open 8x8 Work for Desktop.

2. Log in as the user that is linked to that extension.

3. Click on the profile icon in 8x8 Work for Desktop.

4. Click on the icon to the left of the user's name to upload a picture.

5. Click Upload Picture or Change Picture.

6. Select the desired avatar to upload, then click Open.

7. Adjust the avatar then click Save. The uploaded avatar will then update the Admin Console User's page.
