# Agent Unable to Share Analytics for 8x8 Contact Center Report With Other Agent

## Symptom

A Contact Center Agent is unable to share Analytics for Contact Center reports with other agents as the agent name is not showing in the sharing list.

## Applies To

- Analytics for Contact Center

## Resolution

The agent needs to log in to Analytics for Contact Center and run any report once to appear in the suggestion box for sharing reports.
