# Are Ring Groups with no activity shown in the Ring Groups Summary Report in Analytics for 8x8 Work?

## Question

If a Ring Group has no activity, will it be included in the Ring Groups Summary report?

## Applies To

- Analytics for 8x8 Work

- Ring Groups

## Answer

The Ring Groups Summary Report will not generate line entries for Ring Groups that do not have activity during the selected time frame. Members will not populate in the Total Members metric unless they have data (have taken calls) that day. This is the expected behavior for the Ring Groups Summary Report.
