# Can the 8x8 Work for Desktop interface language be changed?

## Answer

There is no setting within the 8x8 Work for Desktop interface to change the display language. Instead, 8x8 Work for Desktop emulates the language of the operating system (OS) installed on your device. So changing the OS language will change the language in 8x8 Work for Desktop as well.
