# Change the Ringtone in 8x8 Work

## Objective

Change the default ringtone for 8x8 Work for Desktop and 8x8 Work for Mobile.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Work for Desktop
- 8x8 Work for Mobile

## Procedure

### 8x8 Work for Desktop

1. Open **8x8 Work for Desktop**.
2. Click **Settings** > **Audio and Video**.
3. Go to **Audio & Video**.
4. Select the desired ringtone

### 8x8 Work for Mobile

**iOS**

1. Open **8x8 Work for Mobile**.
2. Tap your **profile**.
3. Tap **Settings** > **Ringtone**.
4. Select the desired ringtone.

**Android**

1. Open **8x8 Work for Mobile**.
2. Tap your **profile**.
3. Tap **Settings** > **Incoming calls**.
4. Tap **Sound**.
5. Select the desired ringtone.

8x8 Work for Web

1. Open 8x8 Work for Web.
2. Click Settings & Notifications > Notifications.
3. Select the desired ringtone.
