# Changes in Admin Console Do Not Reflect Immediately in Analytics for 8x8 Work

## Symptom

After a change is made in a user's Department field in Admin Console, Analytics for 8x8 Work > Call Report > Extension Summary does not reflect the change that was made.

## Applies To

- Analytics for 8x8 Work
- Admin Console

## Resolution

Wait 24 hours before running the report after having made changes to the user's Department.

## Cause

After a change is made in a user's Department field in Admin Console, there is a delay (up to 24 hours) between the moment the change was made to the moment it is reflected in Analytics for 8x8 Work > Call Report > Extension Summary.
