Clear Cache and Cookies from the System

Objective

Clear cache, cookies, prefetched files, and temporary data from the system and Google Chrome.

Procedure

Clearing cache, cookies, and temporary data from your system:

1. Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop > search for %temp% hit enter

2. Select all files and Delete. If files are unable to be deleted then skip.

3. Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop > search for Temp hit enter

4. Select all files and Delete. If files are unable to be deleted then skip.

5. Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop > search for prefetch

6. Select all files and Delete. If files are unable to be deleted then skip.

Clearing cache for the 8x8 Work Desktop Application:

1. Press the Windows button +R or click Start on the desktop > search for %AppData%

2. Go into the 8x8 Work.

3. Go into the Cache Folder,

4. Select all files and Delete. If files are unable to be deleted then skip.
