# Create a Unique ID for Each 8x8 Meeting

## Objective

Create unique IDs for each meeting in 8x8 Work for Desktop.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Work for Desktop
- 8x8 Meetings

## Procedure

1. Log in to **8x8 Work for Desktop**.
2. Go to **Settings** > **Meetings**.
3. Under *Scheduling Meetings*, select **Use a different meeting for every event I schedule**.

Every meeting will now have a unique ID.
