Enable or Disable Call Ringing Notifications for BLF Keys in 8x8 Admin Console

Objective

 Enable or disable Call Ringing Notifications for BLF Keys.

Procedure

1. Log in to 8x8 Admin Console.

2. Select Users.

3. Select Edit (pencil icon) to the right of the user.

4. Under Voice Basic Settings, to the right of Device Model, select Line Key Configuration.

5. Under Edit device settings, Scroll down to Additional BLF Call Ringing Notifications.

6. Here you can enable or disable call ringing notifications for your BLF keys.
   

Additional Information

• Enable call screen notifications - Full splash screen alerts you when a monitored extension is ringing

• Enable call audio tone for incoming calls - Enable call audio tone for incoming calls. Audio tone notifications require call screen notifications to be enabled.
