# Error in Configuration Manager for Contact Center Internal Error Occurred Please Log Out and in Again

## Symptom

Error in Configuration Manager for Contact Center reads *"An internal error occurred. Please log out and in again."*

## Applies To

- 8x8 Contact Center
- Configuration Manager for Contact Center

## Resolution

Ensure that you are using a single public IP address when connecting to Configuration Manager for Contact Center.

## Cause

Changing IP addresses during a session will invalidate the session for Configuration Manager for Contact Center.
