Symptom
An error message is displayed on the PC when trying to run the 8x8 Network Utility Tool stating:
Windows protected your PC
Windows Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.

Resolution
In this window, click on More Info.
Click Run again.
Cause
The firewall settings are blocking the Network Utility Tool from running. Allowing it to run anyway will bypass those settings for this specific application and will allow it to run.
