# Generate an Average Quality Score Report in 8x8 Quality Management

## Objective

Generate an Average Quality Score report in 8x8 Quality Management.

## Applies To

- Reporting
- Quality Management

## Procedure

1. Log in to [Quality Management](https://login.8x8.com/).
2. From the left menu, select **Reports**.
3. Select **New**.

5. Under Edit, give the report a name.

6. Define your report filters:
  1. Select the date range.
  2. Filter by (select and define all that applies):
    - Main Group
    - Evaluator *(****Note****: When defining multiple evaluators, do not type in the evaluator's names to search; scroll down the list of names to select, then click* ***OK****.)*
    - Template
  3. Report Layout
    - Group By: *Group*
    - Row: *Agent*
    - Col: *Evaluator*
  4. Select **Save**.
  5. The average score is provided at the bottom right.
