# Group Calls by Direction in the 8x8 Billing Call Log

## Objective

Differentiate between Inbound and Outbound calls on the Billing Call Log.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Work
- Billing Call Log

## Procedure

1. Log in to **Admin Console**.
2. Select your **profile icon** in the upper right corner.

4. Select the desired report.
5. 6. Under the Metric options, select the Direction metric.
7. 8. Select Save.
