How do I edit my site address in 8x8 Admin Console?

Objective

To edit the site address on Admin Console.

Procedure

1. Log in to yourAdmin Console.

2. Click Sites on the home page.

3. Click Edit (pencil icon) next to the site you want to edit.

4. Scroll down to where it says Address and click Edit. 

5. Put in your new site address.

6. Click Save.

7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Note

Only users with admin privileges will be able to make these changes. To assign admin privileges to a user, click here.
