How do I manage my 8x8 promotional email preferences?

Objective

 Elect to receive or unsubscribe from 8x8 promotional emails, including:

• Webinars, Events, Whitepapers, Case Studies

• Product, Promotions, Program Updates

• 8x8 Newsletters

Caution:

Note for Current 8x8 Customers: This will not impact notifications about support cases, maintenance, or other service-impacting information.

Procedure

1. Visit the 8x8 Email Subscription Preference Center page.

2. Complete the information fields, making sure to include the email address you want to subscribe or unsubscribe.

3. Check the appropriate boxes to either subscribe or unsubscribe for all or specific types of messaging.

4. Select Update My Preferences.
