Access Configuration Manager. 2. Click on Users and then select a user's profile. 3. Click on Supervisor. Select the queues, agent groups, or Campaigns you want that agent to be able to supervise. Or choose select all to choose all options. The selected user should then have access to report on those options in CC Analytics.
