# How to Edit a Call Queue

## Objective

To edit a Call Queue.

## Applies To

- Admin Console
- Call Queues

## Procedure

1. Log in to the [Admin Console](https://sso.8x8.com).

3. 4. Edit your desired information. Please note that the following fields are mandatory.
  - **Name**
  - **Site**
  - **Extension Number**
  - **Maximum Calls in Queue**
  - **Voicemail Password**
  - **Primary Members**

### Additional Information

****Question**: Can I disable a queue without deleting it?**

**Answer**: You can remove users, but you can't disable a queue.

****Question**: Can I empty a queue and disconnect all callers that are currently in a queue?**

**Answer**: No. There is no way to manually clear calls from a queue.
