How to Enable Auto Unmute for Intercom Calls on Yealink Phones

Objective

To configure a Yealink desk phone to automatically unmute when receiving an Intercom call.

• Yealink desk phones

Procedure

This needs to be done on the phone receiving the intercom call.  

1. Go to Menu.

2. Select Features.
   

3. Select Intercom.

4. On the Intercom Mute: Change it to Off or Disabled.
   

5. Press Save.
