# How to Find Your 8x8 Contract Date

## Objective

Find the service contract date to know when your 8x8 services began.

- Contract Date

## Procedure

Admin Console admin users can find this information in the My 8x8 Support Portal.

1. Log in to [My 8x8](https://apps.8x8.com).
2. Click on the **Orders tab**.
3. The contract date is the oldest order date presented.
