# How to Make Emergency Calls From an 8x8 Hot Desk Phone

Can I make emergency calls using a Hot Desk phone?

## Answer

Yes. In North America, dial **911** just as you would on any other phone, whether or not you are logged in as a Hot Desk guest user. The physical location of the Hot Desk phone is registered as the emergency address of the call.

## Additional Information
