Procedure
Create a Case with 8x8 Support to request the voicemail welcome announcement be updated to Welcome to our voicemail system. Please enter your password and then press pound.
Additional Information
This change is done on a PBX basis only and does not require a PBX restart. Requests for this change to ten or more PBXs may require Professional Services along with associated fees.
