Is there a session timeout for 8x8 Admin Console?

## Answer

Yes. Due to security reasons, the default session timeout threshold for Admin Console and Configuration Manager for Contact Center, is set to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the system will automatically disconnect the user from the page.
