# Jitsi as a Service: Contact 8x8 Customer Support

## Objective

Contact 8x8 support as a Jitsi as a Service (JaaS) customer.

## Procedure

1. Log in to your [Jitsi as a Service administrative portal](https://jaas.8x8.vc/).
2. Click **Send Feedback**.

3. Fill out the **Contact Support** form.
  - Name
  - Contact email address
  - Subject
  - Detailed description
4. Click **Submit.**

8x8 Support will contact you with updates on your support issue.
