Limit Call Recording Access to One Site in 8x8 Admin Console

Symptom

Users with permission to see Call Recordings for one Site also see Call Recordings for another Site.

• You have a Role name: Call Recordings

• Application: 8x8 Admin Console

• Permissions: Call Recordings

You assign the Role to a user with Scope for one Site.

When the user logs in and goes to Call Recordings, they are able to see recordings from other sites.

Resolution

Assign the Role of Storage Admin to the user with scope for the desired Site.
