# Limit Call Recording Access to One Site in 8x8 Admin Console

## Symptom

Users with permission to see Call Recordings for one Site also see Call Recordings for another Site.

- You have a Role name: Call Recordings
- Application: 8x8 Admin Console
- Permissions: Call Recordings

You assign the Role to a user with Scope for one Site.

When the user logs in and goes to Call Recordings, they are able to see recordings from other sites.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Work Admin Console
- Call Recordings

## Resolution

Assign the Role of Storage Admin to the user with scope for the desired Site.
