>
> Access to Contact Center Analytics in the application panel must be enabled through Admin Console.

1. Log in to the [**8x8 Application Panel**](https://apps.8x8.com/).
2. Click **Contact Center Analytics**.
3. For assistance with report types, visit [Reading and Interpreting Reports in Analytics for 8x8 Contact Center](/support/docs/reading-and-interpreting-reports-in-analytics-for-8x8-contact-center)

If you do not see the tile in the Application Panel, it means you have not been granted access by your system administrator.

**Additional Information**

**Question**: Is there a report I can run to identify the last sign-in time for my users?

**Answer**: No. That is not a feature 8x8 supports.

**Question**: Can the report be configured to provide the calculations for me?

**Answer**: No. 8x8 reports will provide you with the raw data. However, you can export the csv file and apply the formulas needed to show your metrics.

**Question**: What report captures the average speed agents respond to customers?

**Answer**: To view the average speed at which agents respond to customers, you can run any of the Contact Center Analytics reports, as the fields you're interested in are in most of the reports. Alternatively, you could build a Wallboard.

**Question**: How to access the contact center to view user login logs?

**Answer**: You'll want to run a report in Contact Center Analytics called Agent Status Change.

**Question**: Can I report on user availability, specifically identifying which user has the most 'not ready' status?

**Answer**: Although there is no report on Do Not Disturb within 8x8 Contact Center, there is a status change report that logs all agent time changes (e.g., break to available), so you can track when your agents are available or on a break, etc.

**Question**: How to download all SMS conversations from the user's company?

**Answer**: There is no report that pulls all SMS conversations for a company.

**Question**: How to set up notifications for missed calls or hang-ups for sales or customer service teams?

**Answer**: You can use the Abandoned Call Report. This is where a user was in a queue but never reached an agent. If you set up this report, you can have it emailed to your specified team.
