Objective
Set or manage your 8×8 Support contact numbers in the 8×8 Support Portal. These contact numbers will be used to verify your account via our IVR when you call into our support line.

Procedure
Set your Contact Numbers
Log in to your 8x8 Application panel.
Select My 8x8.
In the upper right corner, mouse over your username and select My Profile.
Select Edit Profile on the left-hand side of the page.
Enter a phone number in the Primary Phone Number field. Please enter the full number, including the country code.
Select Save to confirm these changes.
