# Modify Poly Interdigit Timer

## Objective

Modify digit map short timer to allow more time to dial out.

## Applies To

- Poly Phones

## Procedure

1. Log in to the phone's web interface.
2. Locate the phone's IP address under **Home** > **Status** > **Network** > **TCP/IP Parameters**.
3. Navigate to the IP using https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
4. Log in using the MAC password.
5. Once logged in, navigate to **Settings** > **SIP**.
6. Modify the values under Digitmap Timeout to the desired time.

An example set for 15 seconds:

## Additional Information

According to Poly, only the last value should be modified. During testing, it was found all values need to be modified in order for the digit map time out to work properly.
