Which devices are compatible with 8x8 Nomadic 911 service?

## Answer

Currently, only newer model Poly, Yealink, and Cisco desk phones are supported.

**** Enabling Nomadic 911 for these Yealink devices may cause them to initate a firmware update.

#### Are there any types of desk phones that are not supported?

Older desk phones such as Poly Soundpoint models do not support the requirements of this service.

- Poly VVX1500
- Poly SoundStation (firmware too old)
- Poly SoundPoint (firmware too old)
- ATA devices
- DECT devices
- Yealink CPxxx model devices, including the CP960
