# Order New Phones for an 8x8 Express Account

## Objective

Ordering new phones for your 8x8 Express account.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Express

## Procedure

1. Log in to [8x8 Manager Express](https://express.8x8.com).
2. From the navigation menu, select **Account information.**
3. Select **Purchase licenses & devices**.
4. Select **Shop**.
5. Select **Equipment**. ***Note****: Poly Skyline phones are not available in the United Kingdom.*
6. Select **Add to Cart** for the phone you would like to purchase.
7. If you want to purchase more than one of a particular phone, use the text box to update the quantity.
8. Select a service location.
9. Select a payment method.
10. Select **Calculate Shipping and taxes**.
11. Select a shipping method.
12. Select **Continue**.
13. At the prompt, review the agreement Terms and Conditions. Select **Agree and buy**.
14. Your order will go through a processing screen and after it's confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message onscreen.
