# Prevent Personal Contacts from Displaying in 8x8 Work for Mobile

## Objective

Prevent personal contacts from appearing in 8x8 Work for Mobile.

## Procedure

### Android

1. Open 8x8 Work for Mobile.
2. Tap on your **profile picture**.
3. Tap **Settings**.
4. Tap **Device Settings**.
5. In your device settings, go to **Permissions > Contacts >** **Deny**.

### iOS

1. Open 8x8 Work for Mobile.
2. Tap on your **profile picture**.
3. Tap **Settings**.
4. Tap **Device Settings**.
5. Under *Contacts*, select **None**.
