## Objective

Record your personal 8x8 Contact Center voicemail greeting through a verification call.

- Agent Workspace

## Procedure

1. [Make a Verification Call from the Agent Workspace Profile](/support/docs/make-a-verification-call-from-the-agent-workspace-profile).
2. At the prompt, press **option 1** to record your personal greeting.

## Additional Information

If, after recording your personal greeting, you wish to **delete** it, press option 2.
