Procedure
Removing licenses from your account and no longer being charged for them is considered a partial cancellation. You will need to contact 8x8 Support through Otto, our AI-powered Virtual Assistant.
In the lower right corner of the 8x8 Support Knowledge Base, click on Otto.
Type Support.
Answer the questions Otto asks to get you routed to a live chat agent.
