Salesforce 8x8 Panel Error This Content is Blocked

Symptom

The 8x8 Salesforce integration panel displays an error message that reads, "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."

Resolution

1. In the browser settings ensure that pop-ups are allowed or cloud8.8x8.com and cookies are allowed for cloud8.8x8.com.

2. Check the Setup > Trusted URL and Browser Policy Violations on Salesforce.
   

3. Access Setup > Trusted Urls > whitelist Cloud8.8x8.com and check mark iframe-src. 

Cause

8x8.com domains need to be whitelisted, and cookies and pop-ups allowed.
