# Salesforce 8x8 Panel Error This Content is Blocked

## Symptom

The 8x8 Salesforce integration panel displays an error message that reads, *"This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue."*

## Resolution

1. In the browser settings ensure that pop-ups are allowed or cloud8.8x8.com and cookies are allowed for cloud8.8x8.com.

3. Access Setup > Trusted Urls > whitelist Cloud8.8x8.com and check mark iframe-src. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/e3a59e39-abd3-4423-964c-0a4008dc5673/Images/Documentation/20087)

## Cause

8x8.com domains need to be whitelisted, and cookies and pop-ups allowed.
