# Salesforce Integration: SF pop in the SF tab or browser tab

## Objective

with browserTab=true,

SF lightning and SF console, the panel will have the same behavior as classic mode.

Which means, for each page, the launcher will be showing up, and mapanel will pop as a separate browser window.

When Single match happens, or the user wants to manually trigger the record pop, it will pop in a different tab.

The intention of this is to support the SF lightning standard view. When the pop happens, user won't loose the work they are working on.

## **Procedure:**

Add the browserTab=true to the CTI URL

Results:

Multiple windows tabs for SF will not close session.
