# Select a Preferred Timezone for Communication on 8x8 Support Cases

## Objective

Select a preferred timezone for communication on 8x8 support cases.

## Procedure

When creating a new case, under Additional Information go to Timezone to Contact and select the timezone during which you wished to be contacted.
