Set Team Voicemail Greeting in 8x8 Express

Objective

Set up the team voicemail greeting in 8x8 Manager Express.

Procedure

1. Log in to Manager Express.

2. Go to Call Routing - Business Hours or Call Routing - Non-Business Hours.

3. Under Call Handling, select either Ring Your Team or Go to Your Team's Voicemail.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select one of the following:    

   • Call Me - Receive a call to record a greeting.      

     • Enter a phone number and select Call Me.

   • Upload - Upload a greeting file.      

     • Upload or drag and drop an audio file onto the upload page.

     • Select Save.

5. Select Save.
