# Set Team Voicemail Greeting in 8x8 Express

## Objective

Set up the team voicemail greeting in 8x8 Manager Express.

## Applies To

- 8x8 Express
- Manager Express
- Voicemail

## Procedure

1. Log in to [Manager Express](https://express.8x8.com).
2. Go to **Call Routing - Business Hours** or **Call Routing - Non-Business Hours**.
3. Under *Call Handling*, select either **Ring Your Team** or **Go to Your Team's Voicemail**.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select one of the following:
  - **Call Me** - Receive a call to record a greeting.
    - Enter a phone number and select **Call Me**.
  - **Upload** - Upload a greeting file.
    - Upload or drag and drop an audio file onto the upload page.
    - Select **Save**.
5. Select **Save**.
