# Set up a Conference Bridge External Phone Number in Admin Console

## Objective

Set up an external dial in phone number to dial in the Conference ID reservation email.

## Applies To

- Conference Bridge (556)
- Admin Console

## Procedure

### Set up a Phone Number to Route to the Conference Bridge Extension 556 via Auto Attendant

1. Log in to Admin Console.
2. Select **Auto Attendant**.
3. Select **+ Create Auto Attendant**.

### Create a Conference

1. Dial the phone number for the Auto Attendant.
2. To create a conference, press **2**.
3. When prompted, enter your extension number and press **#**.
4. When prompted, enter your voicemail password or PIN and press **#.**
5. Follow the audio prompts to create a conference as per your preference.
6.
