# SMS Campaign Registration Form Blank or Rejected

## Symptom

The SMS Campaign Registration form is either empty or marked as **Rejected**, even though you have already registered an SMS campaign through 8x8.

## Applies To

- **US and Canada, Only**
- SMS Campaign Registration
- 8x8 Admin Console

## Resolution

If your SMS Campaign Registration form is either empty or marked as Rejected, in spite of having already registered an SMS campaign through 8x8, you will need to submit your campaign registration again using the **SMS** form in 8x8 Admin Console.

## Cause

This issue occurs when a previous campaign registration failed.

## Additional Information

If you successfully registered your SMS campaign before February 15, 2023, your registration should be marked in 8x8 Admin Console as **Verified** in both the **Your Brand** and **Your Campaign** sections of the form in **Home** > **SMS**.
